At least the office has stopped serving cookies at meetings in recent weeks -- I'm convinced that was contributing to the extra 4-5 pounds I think I've put on -- and it can't all be muscle from working out.
I'm having a mango a day for dinner -- it's too hot otherwise to think of cooking, and mangos are so cheap in my neighborhood.
This weekend, totally blew the healthy eating quotient:
- Saturday thai food for lunch (and let's face it, coconut curry is not calorie free)
- for dinner, shared crab salad, grilled sea bass with mango/figs and basmati rice, and molten chocolate cake
- Sunday: went to Assenzio - had appetizer of sardinian flat bread, bread, cheese, olives and prosciutto (but not too much), then main course of trenette al limone con sardines e arancia e pomodoro -- delicious, shared a tiramisu, and because we were the only customers for that lunch, the owner poured us all shots of grappa.
- dinner: mango, crackers and hummus
