So this morning, there was a bit of excitement as I had visits from security and safe-cracking departments. Someone left 3 drawers full of clothes and about $55 worth of gambling chits in the room, so I had to have hotel staff verify what was there and take it away. Too bad it wasn't more money -- I guess only in the movies, do good deeds get rewarded with a nice fat tip.
Today was a pretty decent day for the workshops -- I don't know if I got everything I was looking for, but I took to classes on the basics of wikis and vlogging (video blogs).
I also took advantage of the Canyon Ranch Spa Club and worked out, used the whirlpool and relaxed. It was warm enough to go swimming but I wasn't able to find time to go. Even without the gym, I got a lot of exercise -- this hotel is so huge, it's a good half mile from my room to the meeting rooms in the convention center. Nothing is close, except for Thomas Keller's french restaurant Bouchon.
