channeling my inner sci-fi geek

I haven't thought about how much I liked watching Star Trek in a few years. But last night, I went to see Little Miss Sunshine (an entertaining movie -- comic with pathos), and in one section, there's this actor who was playing a host of a children's beauty pageant - and he did fake cheerful so well. I stared at him and realized, hey, that's the guy from Star Trek: Enterprise -- he played some dude who came from the future and had to show Captain Archer something about the space time continuum being messed up. I don't remember -- that show wasn't as good as ST:TNG, so I gave up on it.

And then, this morning, I come into work, and check my email, and this is what I see from Rock Center newsletter.

Wow....I'm so excited. I have to go see this. It's a sign! (I think.).
