Ok, gang. So I've officially gotten my promotion in my beleagured department. I'm now a Usability/Information Architect. I got a grade level increase, and a 15% salary bump -- so now I'm back to being at a competitive rate. Yay me!
Of course, I still hope to get some extra recognition for other efforts since I'm basically running the department, now of consultants, by myself.
