Dagnabit, I'm still sick. I just spent the morning drinking tea, blowing my nose and coughing up junk. Bleh. Now I'm ready to nap again. It is going to be a beautiful weekend -- and if I was feeling better, I would love to go for a hike. But that's just not going to happen today. Maybe I can find a nice park bench and sit in the sun for a bit.
Here's something that caught my eye. Apparently, there's a new study out that finds that "Fruity cocktails count as health food". But just how little or how much alcohol would counteract the benefits of the fruit?
