I think I've found my new favorite class at the gym. It's called cardio video dance. I tried it several years ago, and frankly, it was just a little too hard to pull off the dance moves at the time -- I think it was that instructor. But last night, I found a new instructor, and discovered that, I actually am a hip hop dancer at heart! At the right tempo, I can move like an elastic band :) Old school hip hop is a great workout, and between that, the yoga and a strength training class, I think I'm set for the fall/winter. Enough variety so that I don't get bored.
