Does anyone remember a game called "I doubt it"? I can't remember if drinking was involved, but you had to sit around in a circle, and tell something that was either true or false. And if someone called you on it and said "i doubt it", you had to pay a penalty of some sort, like take a drink. At least, I think that's what happened.
Last night, I went and saw a play called "Doubt". Set in 1964, at a Catholic school in the Bronx, it's a play with only 4 people. A priest, a nun who's the principal, and a younger nun, and then the mother of a child (she has a smaller role). It was very well done, at times funny, poignant, intense. It raised so many interesting questions, and at the heart of it, just how a little doubt about a situation can poison an atmosphere. I won't tell you the plot, because I think it's worth experiencing the play for yourself.
